Upon opening this beautiful card, a basket appears full of luscious vibrant flowers and greenery. The wicker basket sits on top of a white doily, used to decorate the pale blue tabletop. A few butterfly friends rest on top of the floral arrangement, taking a quick pause before fluttering away. A pale purple cover features an intricately laser-cut “Happy Mother’s Day” message, surrounded by a purple looped border and butterflies. The personalized tree-planting certificate is cleverly tucked into a compartment in the card and slides in and out for easy viewing and storage. With the planting of a tree included, you have a Mother’s Day gift like none other.

If you would like to plant a number of trees not listed below, please contact us for assistance.

If you would like a closing that is not listed below, please check “Custom” and continue completing your order. After you add your billing information and before you submit your order, there is a box titled “Order Notes”. Type in the closing you would like us to use and we will make sure that is what is printed on the certificate.

If you would rather not include your name on the tree certificate, type in “Leave Blank” and we will do so.

Flat Rate Shipping in the United States: $2.95

Delivery Time: We are processing orders within one business day and handing them off to the post office at the same time. The USPS, however, as of October 1, 2021, has increased their delivery timeline.  Instead of 2-3 day delivery times, it is now 3-5 days. The length of time will depend on the destination. We are based in, and ship from, Cleveland, Ohio.  We apologize for any delays and thank you for being a loyal (and patient) The Gifted Tree customer.
