I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received from The Gifted Tree. This company had two major positives: the extensive selection of card designs and planting locations. Other companies offered generic sympathy cards, or you couldn’t select the location of where the tribute would be planted. It was very important to me that the trees be planted in Washington State, a very meaningful place to the family.
There was an issue with the first order. I reached out to the company and spoke with Doug. He was very professional and apologetic. He sent out a replacement immediately.
The family who received the tribute was extremely appreciative. Their exact words, “We love it so much, it was very thoughtful.” I would certainly recommend The Gifted Tree for their impeccable customer service and stunning presentation.
