All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio via the U.S. Postal Service. Most gifts are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. For tribute cards sent to international addresses, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to Canada or Europe. You will be notified when the tribute is shipped, and most domestic deliveries include a tracking number.
