Open the 3-D Rainbow Bridge pet sympathy card, and an intricately cut, colorful, and beautiful scene pops up featuring a bunny, cat, dog, bird, and turtle sitting happily on a bridge beneath a gorgeous rainbow. A peaceful river flows underneath the bridge, completing the serene scene. A blue cover features a laser-cut pet menagerie beneath a rainbow. The personalized tree-planting certificate is cleverly tucked into a compartment in the card and slides in and out for easy viewing and storage.

If you would like to plant a number of trees not listed below, please contact us for assistance.

Click below to select the planting location for your tree(s). The specific location will be printed on the tree planting certificate (for example; Klamath National Forest, California). For “Trees for a Cause” options, scroll to the bottom of the list.

If you would like a closing that is not listed below, please check “Custom” and continue completing your order. After you add your billing information and before you submit your order, there is a box titled “Order Notes”. Type in the closing you would like us to use and we will make sure that is what is printed on the certificate.

If you would rather not include your name on the tree certificate, type in “Leave Blank” and we will do so.

Flat Rate Shipping in the United States: $2.95

Domestic Delivery Time: We are processing orders within one business day and handing them off to the post office at the same time. The USPS, however, as of October 1, 2021, has increased their delivery timeline.  Instead of 2-3 day delivery times, it is now 3-5 days. The length of time will depend on the destination. We are based in, and ship from, Cleveland, Ohio.  We apologize for any delays and thank you for being a loyal (and patient) The Gifted Tree customer.
